Alex Mason leads the London technology practice focusing on complex technology and sourcing transactions. Alex has over 20 years of experience in representing clients and has acted for purchasers, service providers, professional services and other organisations in the United Kingdom and Europe.

Alex previously worked in-house as the outsourcing legal lead in the EMEA region for one of the world’s largest management consulting, technology and outsourcing firms, where he led a team of lawyers in providing legal and commercial support for that firm’s largest outsourcing deals in Europe. Alex helped create and develop contracts and contracting policies for outsourcing and long-term transactions and a risk scorecard to measure risk consistently across outsourcing deals.

Alex has presented on matters including business process outsourcing, key risk topics, charging mechanisms, service levels, quality assurance and commercial essentials, as well as on negotiations skills.
